The Crossroads Cat Café is more than just a place to relax. It's a steppingstone for young adults overcoming homelessness and employment barriers. Our interns are paid participants in a comprehensive job training program where they gain skills in customer service, food safety, business operations, and animal care. These skills allow them work toward sustainable careers and self-sufficiency.
